Although we are a smaller airport, each of our airlines have minimum check-in times that passengers should be aware of.
Arrival Times with West Jet:
90 minutes is standard but at YQL a minimum of 60 minutes is recommended.
Check-in/baggage drop-off and boarding gate deadlines are important as missed deadlines may result in the reassignment of any reserved seats, the cancellation of reservations, and/or ineligibility for denied boarding compensation from the airline.
